Voisins is a coworking cafe located in Geneva, Switzerland. Aside from offering coworking spaces for startups, freelancers, and remote workers, they also provide conference rooms and event rooms for rent. But with the booming Swiss coworking industry, Voisins needed to level up.
With this, the Digiters started working with Voisins for the purpose of increasing brand awareness, driving more traffic, and increasing lead conversion rate. We helped them improve their digital infrastructure as well as their marketing capacity through a concrete marketing strategy and website redesign. These activities were aimed at increasing brand reputation and awareness, customer conversion, and improving customer experience.
For the whole duration of the collaboration, we have provided Voisins with a digital ecosystem strategy, UX/UI design, web app development, integrations among CRM (AgileCRM), membership portal (Nexodus), and webapp (React.js) with CMS (Wagtail), as well as email automations.
We are glad to have been chosen as Voisins’ digital partner for this project. From start to finish, we have been part of the whole process from market research, strategic planning, design, and development. With the new website up and running, we will still be monitoring its performance with tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to learn more about the user experience and improve it along the way.
